How to do a commission or to place an order?
This can be done in two ways: 1) Using the contact form on the website 2) Sending an email to jeje.felting@gmail.com
Photos will be asked to give a price and discuss further details. Once agreed on the commission, it is asked to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price to secure the placement in the waiting list. It is important to underline that this deposit is non-refundable.
Before the work is started (the felting process is started), the remaining payment is asked to be paid.
During working on a commission
It is possible to make small changes in the process of felting considering the original request. If it is not too late to change, it is even possible to change the position you requested to be felted. However, after the position is fixed and the figure is felted to this point, no position changes can be made.
I try and work really hard to get a realistic replica, I hope I can meet your expectations. Nevertheless, I want to mention that there are some limitations about my work such as the quality of the photos, my interpretation from photos you shared with me, my needle felting skill, the medium of the wool or other materials I used.
I might have questions according to the photos and information you provide during my felting. So, I contact you for my inquiries. Thank you very much in advance for your quick responses.
What next after the figure is felted?
When the product is finished, I send the needle felted art collectible to you and inform you about shipping. I also send the invoice to you with an email. Now, this is my turn to be excited.
Standard shipping is included in the price only in the UK. Shipping to other countries and shipping with other options instead of the standard shipping is not included in the price. Shipping cost is calculated from the website of Royal Mail.
When you receive the package, please let me know. Your feedbacks and reaction are very crucial to me.
I will share the photos of my art with the original photos you shared with me through the social accounts and website of Jeje Felting.
If any damage happened after you received?
First please do not hesitate and feel free to contact if you need to ask any questions after the process is completed.
I would like to remind that needle felted figures and needle felted portraits are art collectibles for adults, these are not toys, and should be also kept away from pets. Nonetheless, if any damage happens, it is usually possible to repair the damages caused by your pets or children if the damage is not too big. In this case, the price of repair work can be decided after the damage is evaluated.
